DESCRIPTION
neomere®FLOW 570 S is a water-soluble modified polycarboxylate copolymer, designed to improve the fluidity and the workability of gypsum slurries. This new generation of low dosage ultra high water reducing fluidizer, provides the gypsum industry with significant benefits: Cost savings Reduced fluidizer consumption – Reduced dryer energy Increased capacity – Reduced dryer retention time Health and environment care -Reduced water and energy consumptions – V.O.C free (no Formaldehyde emissions) neomere®FLOW 570 S has no impact on setting time.

METHOD OF USE
▪ Industrial trials are required to determine the optimum dosage. neomere®FLOW 570 S may be dispensed into the mixing water.
Dosage :
0,03 to 0,50 kg per 100 kg plaster in general, and more precisely between 0,05 and 0,10 kg per 100 kg of plaster in most cases for the manufacture of plasterboard.
